Join Aampere, a seed-stage, VC-backed startup redefining the European market for used electric vehicles. Since our launch, we’ve enabled EV owners to sell their cars quickly and seamlessly within 48 hours, while giving dealers across Europe access to previously untapped customer segments.
Our team comes from the German startup ecosystem, with experience at Autarc, Greenforce, Cardino, Wemolo, Remberg, Alasco, Porsche, Mercedes, and KPMG.
You'll be our first hire outside Munich and the person who puts Aampere on the map in Denmark.
Danish dealers are already buying from us. Now we're putting someone on the ground to turn that pull into a real market presence. As Business Development Manager - Denmark, you own our relationship with the Danish dealer network from the ground up: finding dealers, winning them, and growing them into long-term buyers. You don't translate Aampere into Danish - you make Aampere Danish.
We believe relationships are built in person, not on the phone. You'll spend real time on the road, meeting dealers at their sites across Denmark because that's where trust gets built and deals get done. You work closely with our Key Account Manager at HQ, who is your day-to-day lead and reports to our CGO.
Dealer acquisition. Build a pipeline of Danish dealerships, large chains, and EV specialists through cold calling, on-site visits, and whatever else it takes. Concrete target for 2026: bring 15 new, frequently buying dealers onto Aampere.
Account management & marketplace orchestration. Own the relationship with acquired dealers. Match the right listings to the right buyers, keep bidding activity high, and keep the network balanced - think like a marketplace operator, not just a salesperson. Deliver a service level so high that switching to a competitor feels like a downgrade.
Market intelligence & voice of the customer. Be our eyes and ears in the Danish market: price shifts, regulatory changes, competitor moves. Report weekly to HQ on network growth and activity. Translate what Danish dealers need into concrete feature requests for our product team in Munich.
