TL;DR
Aampere is already active in Denmark, but we know one thing for sure: Digital platforms win markets through personal trust. We are looking for an entrepreneurial native Danish speaker who has the drive to take our local dealer network to the next level.You will be our "Ambassador" on the ground. Your goal is to convince the Danish automotive trade of the advantages of our EV auction platform and to forge new partnerships. You will work closely with our Dealer Network Manager, serving as the driving force for our growth in the North.
- Boots on the Ground (The Hunter): You are the bridge-builder. Through active cold calling and on-site visits, you acquire new B2B partners and close the gap that cannot be reached from a desk. You are the first face and voice the dealers see and hear.
- The Door Opener: You understand local business etiquette and use your native Danish skills to break the ice. You build the initial spark of trust needed to turn a cold lead into a registered partner.
- Expansion Sprint: You help us take the Danish network to the next level. You test different outreach channels, sharpen our sales pitches, and validate what truly convinces Danish dealers to join us. A clear success metric is bringing 10–15 new frequently buying dealers onto Aampere.
- Strategic Feedback Loop: You gather valuable insights directly from the front line. You report market feedback pro-actively to our team, ensuring we adapt our service to the specific needs of the Danish market.
- Localize, don't just Translate: You ensure Aampere is perceived as a local player. You adapt our messaging to resonate with the Danish mentality – focusing on direct communication, transparency, and efficiency.
